FOMO (Fear Of Missing Out) is the feeling of apprehension that one is either not in the know
or missing out on information, events, experiences, or life decisions that could make one's life better.
This problem can affect anyone of any age.
You no longer have to leave home to determine the likelihood of FOMO spectrum disorder. Everything is very simple now! All you have to do is complete a specially designed comprehensive FOMO and anxiety test.
Our FOMO spectrum test checks most subgroups of anxiety and fear disorders (including elements of: FOMO, generalised anxiety syndrome, social phobia and panic attacks).
Make sure that you provide honest answers while taking the test. The results will be provided with the use of a probability scale, and assistance relevant to your condition will be offered.
The service processes personal data (e.g.: e-mail) in accordance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR).
* Our self-test was adapted from publicly available and/or modified mind health questionnaires, among others: Fear of Missing Out Scale (FoMOS), Beck Anxiety Inventory (BAI), Generalized Anxiety Questionnaire (GAD-7), Leibowitz Social Anxiety Scale.
The duration of the test
is approximately 20 minutes
