Dysgraphia – difficulties in mastering the correct graphic form of writing. It is expressed in the form of distortions of the graphic side of writing, such as inaccuracies in the reproduction of letters, wrong proportions of letters in a word, lack of connections between letters, lack of proper spacing between letters and words, lack of even and uniform position of writing, incorrect density of letters. These handwriting distortions are due to disorders of perceptual-motor functions (hand motility, visual functions and eye-hand coordination).
